WE’LL PROCESS YOUR ORDER AS QUICKLY AS WE CAN AND WILL LET YOU KNOW BY EMAIL ONCE IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Please note that all art prints are ordered on demand to help protect our world and not chop down too many trees. Australian delivery of these orders may take up to 3 weeks. For Australian delivery addresses, they are a flat rate of $12.95 which you will be charged at checkout. 

Damaged goods

When your purchase leaves our studio, all items are in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event you item(s) arrive damaged, please email us at inkmodesign@gmail.com within 3 days of the arrival of your package for instructions. We ask that you include photos of the damaged items and packaging for insurance claim purposes. Please be aware we are not responsible for damages in transit, and we don’t take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.

Lost or missing parcels

If you don’t receive your inkmo parcel within a few days of the estimated time of arrival, please let us know at inkmodesign@gmail.com. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address, arrival at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address, or those held up due to international customs.

For our international customers, please also be aware that we cannot provide refunds for duties, custom or GST. INKMO Design will not accept any ‘return to sender’ parcels where duties, customs or GST have not been paid.
